Certificate of Insurance

Insurance is required for all rentals.

A valid Certificate of Insurance must be in our possession prior to any rental.

If you are unsure of your insurance or have any questions ....contact your insurance agent.

Do not wait until the last minute to check your insurance.

Required Coverage

-General Liability Coverage

-Leased and Rented Equipment Coverage

If renting a vehicle, you also need:

-Automobile Liability Coverage

-Automobile Physical Damage Coverage

Certificate Holder

Some rentals will require two separate Certificates of Insurance....one for Thomasson Lighting Ltd. and one for Filmgear, Inc.

Thomasson Lighting, Ltd. must be named as the certificate holder as well as "additionally insured and loss payee"

Filmgear, Inc. must be named as the certificate holder as well as "additionally insured and loss payee"

It's a good idea to send us both Certificates of Insurance to keep on file.

Rental Agreement

A signed rental agreement must be in our possession prior to any rental.
